Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original Ghurka dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all authenticating tags and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the exterior of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
